Covivio Hotels announces details of its share capital

Covivio Hotels has published information regarding its share capital as of June 30, 2025. The company has a total of 157,990,312 shares comprising its capital. This same number is reflected in the total theoretical voting rights, which are identical to the total number of shares.

However, the exercisable voting rights differ slightly. They amount to 157,986,750, due to 3,562 treasury shares that are deprived of voting rights. This situation falls under the application of Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code. The press release sets out these figures in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
