CoTec Holdings Corp. Grants Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 15, 2024 / CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV:CTH)(OTCQB:CTHCF), known as "CoTec" or the "Company," has announced the granting of a total of 532,301 stock options to an officer and director, alongside an additional 350,000 stock options to company officers.
These options, effective as of July 15, 2024, will vest over a three-year term and remain valid for a ten-year period. 682,301 of these options will be exercisable at $0.50 per share, while the remaining 200,000 will be exercisable at $0.75 per share. They are governed by the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan and subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies.
