CoTec Holdings Corp. Extends Private Placement Deadline

CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV:CTH) has announced an extension for the final closing of its private placement of unsecured convertible debentures to October 15, 2026. Previously set for an earlier date, the offering aims for total gross proceeds of up to $20 million. During its initial closing on September 17, 2026, $12,059,000 was secured. The Board anticipates further progress towards a second closing.

Kings Chapel International Ltd. has committed to purchasing up to $5 million of the debentures if other third-party investors do not fill this portion. The extension remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, and all other terms of the offering will stay unchanged.
