CoTec Holdings Corp. Announces New Investor Awareness Agreements
CoTec Holdings Corp. has announced new investor awareness agreements aimed at enhancing its market presence. The company has partnered with Investing News Network and BTV - Business Television for targeted advertising and marketing campaigns. Both agreements are pending acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The agreement with Dig Media Inc., operating as Investing News Network, involves digital advertising, sponsored articles, and targeted campaigns. This initiative runs until February 27, 2027, with a total cost of C$57,000.
Simultaneously, CoTec has collaborated with Milky Way Marketing Inc. and Blue Sun Productions Inc., collectively known as BTV. They will produce video features for broadcast on major news channels, costing C$10,750 plus US$6,000.
No securities are being issued under these agreements, ensuring financial and operational independence from both media partners.
