Correction: Girod Signals: Declaration of share buyback week 36/2024

Signaux Girod has issued a press release regarding transactions carried out on its own shares during week 36 of 2024, in accordance with European regulations on market abuse.

From September 2 to 6, 2024, the company made several purchases on the XPAR market. On September 3, 95 shares were purchased at an average price of 12.6505 euros. On September 4, 107 shares were acquired at 13.2411 euros. On September 5, 132 shares were purchased at 13.0818 euros, and finally, on September 6, 137 shares were acquired for 13 euros each.

These transactions are part of the company's share buyback program.
