Corestate Capital Appoints KPMG as Auditor for 2022-2024
The Management Board of Corestate Capital Holding S.A. has accepted the offer to appoint KPMG Audit S.à r.l. as the auditor for the consolidated and separate financial statements for the financial years 2022, 2023, and 2024. The Supervisory Board consented to this decision. KPMG will be recommended for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting in early 2025.
The audited consolidated financial statements for 2022 and 2023 are also expected to be approved at the same meeting. This milestone is significant in Corestate's financial restructuring. New shares created during the extraordinary general meeting on 14 July 2023 will be admitted to trading on the stock exchange once the prospectus is approved.
Dr. Nedim Cen, CEO of Corestate, noted the difficulty in finding an auditor due to the real estate market's tense state and ongoing restructuring. The strategic realignment of Corestate, particularly through its subsidiaries Hannover Leasing and STAM France, is progressing as planned.
