Coppernico Metals Announces 2024 AGM Voting Results

Coppernico Metals Inc. (TSX:COPR) has disclosed the voting outcomes for its Board of Directors election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 21st in Vancouver. The director nominees, as listed in the company's July 5th Information Circular, were confirmed as directors to serve until the next AGM.

73,325,930 common shares, representing 41.37% of outstanding shares, were present at the Meeting. Notable elected directors include Ivan James Bebek with 99.33% votes for, and Mary Jane McQuhae with 99.29% votes for. Davidson & Company LLP was reappointed as auditor with 99.61% votes in favor.
