COOPERATIVE CREDIT: Availability of supplement no. 3 to the July 2023 prospectus
On May 28, 2024, Crédit Coopératif announced the availability of supplement no. 3 to the prospectus of July 12, 2023. This supplement received the approval of the Financial Sector Surveillance Commission (CSSF), under number C-028883 .
Edmond de Rothschild (France) also obtained agreement no. C-030190 from the CSSF on the same day. This supplement concerns its base prospectus of Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) for an amount of 850 million euros.
The base prospectus as well as this new supplement are available online. They can be consulted on the websites of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Edmond de Rothschild (France).
