Continental Properties Successfully Secures $105 Million for New Real Estate Fund

MILWAUKEE, WI – Continental Properties Company, Inc. announced the successful closure of its Continental Properties Real Estate Opportunities Fund I, L.P., amassing a total capital of $105 million. The fund will primarily focus on acquiring multifamily communities in existing markets to complement its diverse portfolio of investments.

James Schloemer, CEO of Continental Properties, highlighted the fund as a strategic response to the current market's volatility, aiming to seize acquisition opportunities arising from distressed real estate projects. The fund is perceived as a valuable addition to Continental’s investment array, enabling the company and its investors to navigate the current economic landscape effectively.
