Continental AG Announces Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

Continental AG has extended an invitation to its shareholders for the forthcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. The event is scheduled for April 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (CEST) and will take place in the Kuppelsaal of the Hannover Congress Centrum in Hanover, Germany. This assembly is set to address key topics including the allocation of net profits, resolutions on the ratification of the actions of both the Executive and Supervisory Boards for fiscal 2023, and other significant governance matters.

The agenda encompasses resolutions on the appropriation of net profit, approval of the Executive and Supervisory Boards' actions for the previous fiscal year, and the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
