Constellation Cold Logistics Appoints New CEO

Constellation Cold Logistics has named Abhy Maharaj as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective from October 1, 2026. Abhy steps into the role following Carlos Rodriguez, who transitions to the Advisory Board to support mergers and acquisitions strategy.

Under Carlos Rodriguez’s leadership, Constellation has grown through strategic acquisitions, becoming a leader in the European cold storage and logistics sector. Abhy, who joined as Chief Commercial Officer in February 2025, has been recognized for his market understanding and leadership in business transformation.

Nils S Andersen, Constellation Chair, expressed confidence in Abhy’s ability to lead the company, emphasizing his experience and focus on customer needs and growth opportunities. Abhy aims to further develop Constellation's role in the European cold chain market.
