Condor Resources Grants Stock Options and PSUs
Condor Resources Inc. has announced the granting of 2,000,000 performance share units (PSUs) to a holding company controlled by Chris Buncic, the President and CEO. These PSUs are part of the company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, vesting gradually until April 2027, contingent on meeting specific performance criteria.
Additionally, Condor has awarded stock options for the purchase of 2,500,000 common shares at $0.20 and 500,000 shares at $0.12, valid until June 2030. These were allocated to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants, subject to regulatory approvals and vesting conditions.
