Compagnie Lebon is considering selling its stake in Madeleine Premier
Compagnie Lebon announced on December 19, 2025, the signing of a preliminary agreement to sell its minority stake in Madeleine Premier. This transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, concerns the 49% stake held by Esprit de France SAS, a subsidiary of Compagnie Lebon, in the company since 2016.
Madeleine Premier owns the business assets of the Hôtel Fauchon, located in the Madeleine district of Paris. The purchase agreement concludes a competitive process that attracted several offers. Esprit de France has supported the operation of the Hôtel Fauchon since its opening in 2018.
