Compagnie des Alpes: a record first half of 2023/24

Compagnie des Alpes announces solid results for the first half of 2023/24. Turnover reached a record 761.1 million euros, up 12.2% compared to the previous year. Ski areas and outdoor activities particularly contributed, with a 14.3% increase in turnover.

Gross Operating Surplus (EBO) increased by 18.8% to reach 276.5 million euros, thanks to good cost control, notably a reduction of more than 10% in energy expenses. Net profit, group share, amounted to 127.7 million euros, an increase of 18.7%.

Dominique Thillaud, General Manager, expresses his confidence for the summer season of Leisure Parks, supported by investments in new developments and the organization of events. The company raised its EBO target for the entire financial year to 350 million euros, representing growth of 15%.
