Commercial Director Katharina Greis to Depart HOWOGE

Berlin, 31st March 2025. HOWOGE announced the impending departure of its Commercial Director, Katharina Greis, effective 31st May 2025. Greis, who joined the company in April 2023, shared management responsibilities in finance, legal, and governance, among other areas, significantly contributing to HOWOGE's growth and success. A notable achievement under her tenure includes the issuance of the company's first Social Bond and successful bond refinancing.

Under Greis's leadership, HOWOGE expanded its apartment holdings from 75,500 to over 80,000 and increased its workforce from 1,000 to more than 1,400 employees. The supervisory board expressed gratitude for her contributions and wished her well in future endeavors.
