College of Staten Island Collaborates with Upright Education for Advanced Tech Bootcamps

The College of Staten Island (CSI) of The City University of New York (CUNY) has announced a partnership with Upright Education. This collaboration aims to deliver digital skills and reskill bootcamps focused on career-oriented technology education. The initiative targets adult learners, providing them with the skills needed in today’s digital economy.

The bootcamps will cover Software Development, UX/UI Design, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing. These programs are designed to meet the current job market demands, ensuring practical and job-ready skills for participants.

Key features include a comprehensive curriculum developed by industry experts, expert instructors, career support services, and flexible learning options. The bootcamps will be accessible in part-time formats, blending live video conferencing and asynchronous work.

Robert Wallace from CSI’s Economic Development efforts and Benny Boas, CEO of Upright Education, expressed their enthusiasm, highlighting the impact on the Staten Island community and the tech industry at large.
