Coinsilium Group Limited Secures SAFT to Acquire Otomato Web3 Automation Tokens
Coinsilium Group Limited has entered into a Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) with the Otomato Web3 Automation Protocol. The agreement includes the purchase of USD75,000 worth of future tokens in the "Early Backers" round, and an option for an additional USD150,150 in future tokens.
Otomato is a Web3 automation protocol aimed at simplifying blockchain application development. Its platform, Otomato.xyz, allows users to create and automate Web3 trading strategies without needing coding skills. Coinsilium will earn 7.5% of revenues generated by Otomato.xyz until the Token Listing Event, anticipated in 2025.
The private alpha launch of Otomato.xyz is scheduled for Q3 2024, with public launch expected by Q4 2024. This strategic investment aligns with Coinsilium's goal to support promising ventures in the Web3 space.
