Coinsilium Group Limited: Issue of Shares for Services
London, UK, 23 August 2024 – Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE: COIN) (OTCQB: CINGF) has agreed to issue 600,000 new ordinary shares at an issue price of 2.5p per share in lieu of fees valued at £15,000. Each new share includes a warrant for an additional share at an exercise price of 3.75p, expiring three years from the new shares' market admission.
The 600,000 new shares will be admitted to trading on Aquis around 4 September 2024 and will hold the same rights as existing shares. Following this issuance, Coinsilium will have 218,064,234 ordinary shares in circulation, each with one voting right. The company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
