COIL: Results of the Annual General Meeting
On June 3, 2026, COIL held its Annual General Meeting. Shareholders adopted all resolutions, including the approval of the 2025 financial statements and the allocation of profit. Forvis Mazars' mandate as auditor was renewed for three years.
The Board of Directors has terminated Jean Schroyen's term as Chief Executive Officer, replacing him with Jan Robeyns. The Company continues to implement its strategy under this new leadership. COIL, a world leader in aluminum anodizing, remains committed to operational excellence.
