Clubessential Holdings, a major player in membership management and payment solutions, has announced the acquisition of RecDesk, a prominent provider of recreation management SaaS software. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing their services within the parks and recreation management sector. RecDesk, founded in 2005 in Middletown, CT, offers a comprehensive cloud-based software suite that supports various recreational organizations in managing their facilities and programs more effectively.
