CLS Health Merges With Cardiac Rhythm Center to Enhance Cardiac Services

CLS Health, a physician-owned healthcare group, announced a strategic merger with Cardiac Rhythm Center, enhancing its cardiac care services by adding a new specialty in Cardiac Electrophysiology. This merger aims to expand geographic reach and service quality in Houston, according to Megan Owen, CEO of CLS Health.

Dr. Jose Cuellar-Silva from Cardiac Rhythm Center emphasized the benefits of the merger, highlighting improved community service and advanced healthcare integration. The combined efforts will focus on patient-centered care and increase access to specialized cardiac treatments.

Following the merger, CLS Health plans to upgrade its facilities, including a new expansion at the Clear Lake campus. This involves constructing advanced cardiac care facilities to provide comprehensive services throughout the Greater Houston area. The merger has also expanded CLS Health’s team to over 24 specialized cardiac providers.
