CLIQ Digital AG Management Board Contracts Extended

DÜSSELDORF, 23 April 2024 - In an unanimous decision, the Supervisory Board of CLIQ Digital AG has agreed to extend the management contracts of CEO, Mr Luc Voncken, and Board Member, Mr Ben Bos, until 31 May 2029. This extension reinforces CLIQ Digital's commitment to stability and ongoing development within the company's leadership.

Luc Voncken has led the company as CEO since 20 November 2012, while Ben Bos has served on the Management Board since 11 July 2014. Dr Mathias Schlichting, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed his satisfaction with the decision, highlighting the significant contributions of both leaders to the company's success and their visionary approach towards future growth.
