Clearvise AG Acquires Solar Park Project Rights in Sardinia

clearvise AG, an independent power producer known for its renewable energy projects across Europe, has recently signed a purchase agreement for project rights of a new 16.1 MWp solar park in Sardinia. This marks the company's first venture into the Italian renewable energy market via the clearPARTNERS development cooperation initiative started in December 2023.

The solar park, planned on an industrial site in Sardinia, is expected to begin construction in early 2025. This project is part of a broader development strategy under the clearPARTNERS program, involving five projects with a total capacity of approximately 125 MWp spread across four of the Italian electricity price zones.

CEO Petra Leue-Bahns highlighted this acquisition as a significant milestone for clearvise, emphasizing the steady progress in the development of the additional four projects in the pipeline. The company aims to balance its existing portfolio, comprising wind and solar parks, by boosting its solar projects, particularly in regions like Italy known for high solar radiation levels.

This strategic development not only diversifies clearvise's portfolio but also strengthens its market presence in key European regions alongside Germany and France, aiming to establish Italy as a core market.
