Clean Energy Transition Inc. Completes Corporate Rebranding
As of May 29, 2024, Rogue Resources Inc. has officially changed its name to Clean Energy Transition Inc. The rebranded company will trade under the ticker symbol "TRAN" on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V). This adjustment aligns with the Company's strategic shift towards commercial opportunities in the energy transition sector.
CEO Sean Samson stated that the name and ticker symbol changes signify a new corporate identity and emphasize broader commercial possibilities in energy transition. Existing shareholders do not need to take any action regarding their shares.
The rebranded shares will trade under the new CUSIP number 184916104. Transition.inc will also launch a new website and hold an investor call to discuss the rebranding and future plans. Details will be announced soon.
