Clean Air Metals Appoints John Mason as Director

Thunder Bay, ON - Clean Air Metals Inc. has announced the immediate appointment of John Mason as Director. Mason, with 49 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining, has held management roles at the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and others.

John Mason's extensive experience includes collaboration with indigenous communities and municipalities to enhance economic opportunities in mining while balancing environmental and ESG requirements. His knowledge and relationships are expected to aid Clean Air Metals in advancing the Thunder Bay North Project through its upcoming phases.

Jim Gallagher, Chair of the Board, expressed confidence in Mason's ability to leverage community and government connections to progress the company's flagship project.

The company also granted 500,000 stock options priced at $0.05, valid for five years, to a director, reflecting their growth strategy.
