Claudia Frese and Christian Miele Join AUTO1 Group Supervisory Board; Hakan Koç Appointed Chairman

Berlin, June 7, 2024 – AUTO1 Group SE, Europe's top digital platform for buying and selling used cars, has announced new appointments to its Supervisory Board at the 2024 Annual General Meeting on June 6. Claudia Frese and Christian Miele were elected as new members, while Hakan Koç was appointed Chairman.

Claudia Frese brings over 20 years of management experience in technology and e-commerce, and Christian Miele has a strong background in finance and entrepreneurship. Hakan Koç, the newly appointed Chairman, is a co-founder of AUTO1 Group and brings extensive knowledge of the used car market.

Re-elections include Hakan Koç and Sylvie Mutschler-von Specht. Lars Santelmann was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee, while Martine Gorce Momboisse remains Chairwoman of the Marketing and Branding Committee. Former board members Gerhard Cromme and Gerd Häusler were acknowledged for their contributions.
