Circus SE Appoints Sasha Borovik as General Counsel

Munich-based AI and robotics leader Circus SE has appointed Sasha Borovik as General Counsel. Borovik, whose legal experience spans over 20 years, previously held significant roles at Helsing, Microsoft, and Akamai Technologies. He played a crucial role at Helsing, a major European defense AI firm, helping to secure over $800 million in investments.

His expertise in global negotiations and intellectual property strategy is set to drive Circus SE’s international growth and legal strategy. As the company ventures into the defense sector with its CA-M autonomous solution, Borovik will be pivotal in forming commercial agreements and partnerships.

Circus CEO Nikolas Bullwinkel highlighted Borovik’s experience in deal-making and defense, underscoring its importance for the company's international expansion and partnerships with NATO-aligned forces.
