Cicor Acquires TT Electronics IoT Solutions, Expanding Its UK and European Footprint

On April 2, 2024, Cicor Technologies Ltd announced the successful acquisition of TT Electronics IoT Solutions Ltd., marking a significant expansion of its operations in the UK and China. This strategic move positions Cicor as the new forefront leader in the UK's high-end electronics market for the aerospace and defence sectors.

By integrating TT Electronics IoT Solutions Ltd., which includes three production sites in the UK and China, with Cicor's existing operations, the company aims to solidify its standing as a leading electronics manufacturer in Europe. This acquisition is part of Cicor's broader strategy to dominate the European market, especially in sectors such as medical technology, industry, aerospace, and defence.

TT Electronics IoT Solutions Ltd. boasts over 500 employees across its facilities and generated sales of GBP 70.2 million in the last financial year. Cicor anticipates that the integration of the newly acquired businesses will enhance the overall EBITDA margin, aligning it closely with Cicor Group's performance. This expansion not only strengthens Cicor's position in local UK production but also globally through the Dongguan site's integration into Cicor's Asian production network.
