CIC prepares the reimbursement of non-compliant Participatory Securities

Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC) plans to repay early all of its Participatory Securities. These securities, with variable rates, total a nominal amount of 137,205,000 euros. Issued on May 28, 1985, they are no longer eligible for the current regulatory ratios. This operation will be carried out on the next date of exercise of the redemption option.
