CIBOX obtains €750,000 in convertible bonds
CIBOX, a specialist in electric micro-mobility, announced on March 27, 2025, a €750,000 convertible bond offering. The transaction, supported by Laurent Balian, a long-standing shareholder, aims to finance the company's industrial facility in Revin, France. This financing represents key support at a pivotal time for the company, which is moving its electric bicycle production to a capacity of 200 units per day.
The issue is divided into two tranches of 150 and 650 bonds, each bearing an interest rate of 7% over a 12-month period. Redemption is currently in cash. In the event of conversion, this will be based on the average share price less a 30% discount.
