CIBOX: Third tranche of financing of €500,000 for the Revin site
CIBOX, a French specialist in electric micro-mobility, announces a third tranche of equity financing for €500,000. This issue of 200 bonds redeemable in shares, reserved for IRIS, aims to support the development of the Revin industrial site. The latter, inaugurated in June 2025, aims to strengthen the production of electric bicycles in France.
While this financing strengthens CIBOX's financial and operational resources, it could result in dilution for existing shareholders due to the planned sale of shares by IRIS on the market. Investors are therefore advised to exercise caution regarding this potentially dilutive transaction.
