Christian von Volkmann Appointed CFO of MARNA Beteiligungen AG

Heidelberg, 10 June 2024 - MARNA Beteiligungen AG (soon to be H2 Core AG) has announced the appointment of Christian von Volkmann to its Management Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 25 years of management experience, his expertise includes M&A, scale-up activities, and strategic positioning in capital markets.

Von Volkmann succeeds Hansjörg Plaggemars, who left on April 30, 2024. He has been supporting H2 Core Systems GmbH since February 2024 and will help steer the capital increase and rebranding efforts.

H2 Core AG aims to become Germany's first listed manufacturer of all-in-one plug-and-play hydrogen systems, with significant growth plans for 2024 and beyond. It projects revenues to rise from EUR 4.9 million in 2023 to EUR 13.8 million in 2024 and to EUR 27.1 million in 2025.
