Christian Dior: Update on voting rights and shares

Christian Dior has published information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of February 28, 2025, the total number of shares making up the share capital of Christian Dior is 180,507,516. Regarding voting rights, the gross total is 356,981,399, while the net total, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, is 356,884,463.
