Cherry SE Delays 2024 Annual Report Publication
Munich, 30 April 2025 – Cherry SE has announced a rescheduling of their 2024 annual report publication. Initially set for 30 April 2025, the delay is due to the implications of the company's restructuring efforts affecting reportable elements. Events occurring after the balance sheet closing are still under evaluation in the ongoing audit process.
CEO Oliver Kaltner emphasized the importance of thoroughness in report preparation, noting that financing and restructuring milestones disclosed earlier need incorporation into the financial documents. Though this postpones the report beyond the statutory deadline, Kaltner stresses the priority on a reliable and comprehensive report.
Cherry SE plans to release their Q1 report on 14 May 2025, which will be accessible online.
