CHAPTERS Group AG Successfully Executes Bond Buyback Offer
CHAPTERS Group AG recently announced the successful execution of their buyback offer for the 2020 bond, originally initiated on March 28, 2024. Aimed at repurchasing up to EUR 9,000,000.00 of the bearer bond, the actual offers received by the company surpassed expectations, reaching a nominal amount of EUR 19,970,000.00.
The company confirmed acceptance of these offers in line with the set buyback terms. Holders of these bonds were offered a repurchase price amounting to 91.07% of the nominal value. Settlement is scheduled for April 23, 2024, adhering to the conditions specified in the March 2024 offer.
