CHAPTERS Group AG Reports Strong 2024 Results and Positive 2025 Outlook

CHAPTERS Group AG announced its preliminary financial results for 2024, revealing substantial growth. The company's revenues reached approximately €124 million, marking a 42% increase from 2023, with an 11% rise on an organic basis. The pro-forma adjusted operating EBITDA rose by 22% to around €30 million, with slight organic growth of 1%.

CEO Jan Mohr emphasized the focus on organic growth, crediting the Manuscript Method for driving success. Digital solutions played a significant role, comprising 90% of adjusted EBITDA, with expectations of further growth, especially in the public sector software market.

Looking ahead to 2025, CHAPTERS anticipates organic growth in the low teens for both revenue and EBITDA. The company also plans for inorganic expansion, supported by a robust M&A pipeline. CFO Marlene Carl highlighted a new €40 million junior debt facility, streamlining the financing structure and fostering future growth.
