CHAPTERS Group AG Finalizes Buyback and Redemption of 2020 Bond
CHAPTERS Group AG has announced the final buyback and full redemption of its 2020 perpetual bond. After an initial buyback of €9 million in April 2024, a second buyback offer has been launched for the remaining €16 million nominal amount. This offer will be available on the company's website and in the Federal Gazette starting March 17, 2025. The acceptance period runs from March 18 to March 21, 2025, with a repurchase price set at 98.72% of the nominal value.
Upon completion, the bond will be fully redeemed and terminated by May 2025, marking the conclusion of this financial commitment by CHAPTERS Group AG.
