CHAPTERS Concludes Buyback Offer for 2020 Perpetual Bond
On March 17, 2025, CHAPTERS Group AG initiated a voluntary public buyback offer targeting holders of its bearer bond, identified by ISIN DE000A254TL0. The company aimed to repurchase bonds up to a total nominal value of €16 million, offering a purchase price of 98.72% of this nominal amount.
The response to the buyback offer saw bondholders tendering a nominal value of €10,007,000. CHAPTERS has confirmed acceptance of these offers in accordance with the terms previously set out in their proposal.
The settlement of this buyback process is scheduled for April 3, 2025, aligning with the conditions specified in the offer dated March 17, 2025.
