Changes within the Board of Directors of STEICO SE

STEICO SE, a global leader in the manufacturing of wood fiber insulation materials, announces the election of Paul O'Gorman as President of the Board of Directors, with Udo Schramek as Vice President. This appointment took place on February 22, 2024 in Feldkirchen, near Munich.

Paul O'Gorman, former Senior Manager at Kingspan Group, and Udo Schramek, founder and CEO of STEICO SE, are now leading the Board. Other board members include Aiveen Kearney, Managing Director of Kingspan Insulation UK & Ireland, and Katarzyna Schramek, a lawyer. These changes follow the majority acquisition of STEICO's shares by the Kingspan group. O'Gorman and Kearney have been appointed to the board by the court until the next annual general meeting of STEICO SE.

STEICO specializes in the development, production, and marketing of ecological building products made from renewable raw materials, offering a unique range of products up to the prefabrication of complete components for wooden elements construction. STEICO products are used in new construction and renovation, contributing to sustainable buildings and increased energy efficiency.
