Changes on the Implenia Executive Committee
Implenia AG has announced significant changes to its Executive Committee. CEO André Wyss will step down at the end of March 2025 to pursue other mandates. Jens Vollmar, currently Head Division Buildings, will step into the CEO role from 1 April 2025. Vollmar has been with Implenia since 2013 and has held various senior positions within the company.
Christian Späth, Head Division Civil Engineering, will also leave his role at the end of August 2024. Erwin Scherer, previously Global Head Tunnelling, will succeed him on 1 September 2024.
André Wyss led Implenia through a strategic transformation, making it a financially strong, integrated, multinational provider of construction and real estate services.
The Board of Directors, chaired by Hans Ulrich Meister, has expressed confidence in Jens Vollmar's ability to lead the company into the future, citing his industry knowledge and strategic capabilities.
