Changes in the Board of Directors of Baloise Holding Ltd.

At the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2025, Baloise Holding Ltd is planning significant changes to its Board of Directors. Christoph B. Gloor and Prof. Dr. Hans-Jörg Schmidt-Trenz will step down, while Vincent Vandendael and André Helfenstein will be proposed as new members.
