Changes in Siegfried AG's Executive Leadership

Siegfried AG announces key changes in its senior management team effective from 2025. Stefan Randl will join as Chief Scientific Officer on January 1, replacing Jürgen Roos. Randl comes from Evonik, holding leadership roles globally, and brings expertise in drug products and substances. Olesia Silanteva takes over as Chief Human Resources Officer from April 1, succeeding Irene Wosgien. She moves from Sandoz, where she led People & Organization for Technical Operations, managing 11,000 employees.

Luca Dalla Torre steps into the role of Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer as of January 1. He has been with Siegfried since 2012, contributing to legal and sustainability initiatives. CEO Marcel Imwinkelried appreciates the new additions, emphasizing their potential contributions to Siegfried's growth aligned with their EVOLVE+ strategy.
