Change of management at Symrise AG: Dr Jean-Yves Parisot succeeds Dr Heinz-Jürgen Bertram

February 29, 2024 marks a turning point at Symrise AG with the announcement of a change at the top of the company. Dr Jean-Yves Parisot will take the reins as CEO from March 31, 2024, following a decision by the company's Supervisory Board. His contract was also renewed for a further four years, until the end of September 2028. Dr Parisot, who has been part of the Management Board of Symrise AG since 2016 and heads the Taste, Nutrition & Health segment, succeeds Dr Heinz-Jürgen Bertram. The latter, whose contract was initially due to end at the end of October 2025, will retire after agreeing to a mutual agreement with Symrise AG. The handover will take place in close collaboration between the two men to ensure a smooth transition.
