Change in Supervisory Board at Einhell Germany AG Announced

Einhell Germany AG has announced that Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr.-Ing. E.h. Dr. h.c. Dieter Spath, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will resign from his position effective June 28, 2024. The company stated that Prof. Dr. Spath's decision was made in mutual agreement with both the supervisory board and the board of directors.

Looking forward, the Supervisory Board plans to nominate Prof. Dr. Manfred Schwaiger, a professor at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, as his successor.
