CEWE Announces Share Buyback Initiative
On August 25, 2025, CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA, listed on the SDAX, announced its decision to repurchase up to 250,000 of its own shares. This initiative, involving up to 20 million euros, is set to take place from August 26, 2025, to April 17, 2026. The buyback, comprising approximately 3.3% of the company's share capital, is supported by an authorization from the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2022. This authorization permitted the acquisition of treasury shares up to 10% of the capital stock. The company plans to utilize these shares in accordance with the given authorization.
