CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA Decides to Buy Back Own Company Shares
Oldenburg, August 15, 2024. The Board of Management of CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA (SDAX, ISIN: DE 0005403901) has resolved to buy back up to 250,000 own shares with a volume of up to 20 million euros. The buy-back period will run from August 16, 2024 to May 30, 2025. This represents around 3.3 percent of the company's share capital.
The decision is based on the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2022, allowing the acquisition of treasury shares representing up to 10 percent of the capital stock. The acquired shares will be used for purposes permitted under this authorization.
