Cerrado Gold Announces Filing of Q1 Financials to Revoke Cease Trade Order
Cerrado Gold Inc. (TSXV:CERT)(OTCQX:CRDOF) has filed its Q1 2024 financial results to comply with National Policy 11-207 for continuous disclosure. The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is reviewing the submission to lift the Cease Trade Order (CTO) on the company’s common shares.
The company plans to submit an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to resume trading, pending the revocation of the CTO by the OSC. Trading is expected to resume within two business days following TSX Venture Exchange approval.
