Half-yearly report on the liquidity contract for Cerinnov Group

On July 3, 2025, Cerinnov Group published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract managed by Portzamparc - BNP Paribas Group. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account contained 13,461 Cerinnov Group shares and €5,483.42. Comparatively, as of December 31, 2024, this same account contained 10,651 shares and €7,159.73.

Since the contract came into effect in 2018, there has been a notable decrease in the amount in euros, initially falling from 38,085.62 euros to 5,483.42 euros. For the first half of 2025, a total of 64,815 shares were purchased for 40,864.70 euros, while 62,005 shares were sold for 39,188.39 euros. In total, 489 transactions were carried out during this period.
