Cerinnov Group is undergoing liquidation proceedings.

Cerinnov Group, specializing in robotic engineering for the ceramics and glass industry, has announced the conversion of its receivership proceedings into liquidation proceedings. This decision concerns the companies CERINNOV GROUP SA and CERINNOV SAS.

The Limoges Economic Activities Court made this decision after receiving only two partial takeover bids. The companies will, however, continue their operations until January 31, 2026. A second ruling is expected regarding the takeover bids through sale.

Creditors must file their claims by December 10, 2025. Furthermore, the 2025 interim financial statements will not be finalized. Shareholders risk a total loss of their investment, as the proceeds from the sale of assets will be used primarily to settle creditors.
