Centerra Gold Advances Drilling at Kestrel's QCM Property

Kestrel Gold Inc. has announced significant progress in the exploration of the QCM property by its partner, Centerra Gold Inc. Centerra is working towards acquiring a 75% interest in QCM, located in British Columbia, through cash payments and extensive exploration commitments by May 2029.

The reverse circulation drilling program conducted by Centerra is underway, with 813.97 meters completed across six holes. These activities focus on the 14 Vein area, known for previous findings of 2.33 g/t Au over 44.19 meters. Results from this drill program are awaited, pending analysis.

Additionally, Centerra has applied for a five-year exploration permit to cover broader property development. Improved access facilitated by recent infrastructure developments supports ongoing exploration. Kestrel maintains a 100% interest in QCM, providing a favorable position for potential value creation.
